Returns

Prints

All items are made to order especially for you.  I will accept returns for refund or exchanges on prints within 30 days of your receipt of your order.  I print each print as it is ordered and check it carefully before sending, however, occasionally errors get past me.  If your print is defective in any way please contact me at AlisonT@SerenityScenes.com.  Most times I will ask you to destroy the print instead of sending it back.

Canvas Gallery Wraps / Prints on Aluminum

All sales are final on canvas gallery wraps and prints on aluminum unless there is a defect in the product or shipping damage.  Defects must be brought to my attention within 7 days of the receipt of your order.

Shipping Damage  

If you notice that the packaging appears damaged in any way please take photographs of the package before opening.  If your purchase is damaged in any way after opening the package please also take photographs of the damage and send them to me at AlisonT@SerenityScenes.com.  These steps allow me to collect on shipping insurance.  I will send out a replacement of anything damaged.  In the case of framed items I may ask you to take it to a local framer for repair and I will make arrangements to pay the framer directly. 


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Serenity Scenes Photography and Digital Art, 1697 Oakland Road, Louisa VA 23093, United States.  Please do not return anything without contacting me first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Misdelivered or Lost Shipments

Prints shipping to the continental US should arrive in 2 - 4 days.  International, Hawaii, and Alaska shipments may take longer.  For framed pieces I will let you know how long they should take to arrive.  If you feel too much time has passed please give me a call and I will check tracking.  If the shipment is lost I will replace your item.  If it shows delivered and you do not have it I will work with the shipper to track it down.  If the shipper believes it was delivered to your address I need you to file a police report before I refund or replace.  Generally a police report is not going to find your item but it will give the police notice that there is theft going on in your area and maybe save someone else the frustration.
